   Hotel stay
   When does the hotel night start and end?
Check-in time 2.00 p.m., check-out time 12.00 noon.
   Is it possible to check-out later than 12:00 noon?
Late check-out is subject to room availability. The front office will be able to check the possibility on the day of departure. If it is not possible, we will be happy to assist with luggage storage.
   Is it possible to come to the hotel with a pet?
Hotel guests can visit us with their pets. Additional fee is PLN 100/night. Please inform us before arrival.
   Can I smoke in the rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking.
   Can I make calls to external numbers from my room phone?
Yes. From the telephone in the room, you can make calls to external numbers.
   Reservation, cancellation, payment
   How can I pay before arrival?
Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer or by providing the payment card number (in the appropriate form), which we could charge on the day of departure.
   How can I cancel my booking?
The booking can be canceled via the website on which the booking was made or by contacting the reception department directly by e-mail or telephone.
   Is a prepayment for the reservation required?
Prepayment is not required, but to guarantee the reservation, please provide your credit card number and the expiry date. I would like to kindly inform you that three days before the planned arrival, we will block the funds on your card. The amount of the pre-authorization will be equal to the total amount of the booked nights.
   Do we pre-authorize before the check-in date?
Yes. In order to guarantee the reservation, we make a pre-authorization. For this purpose, please provide your credit card number and expiry date. Restaurant Monopol is located on the ground floor of Hotel Monopol. The restaurant is open daily, from Monday to Sunday, from 12:00 to 23:00.
   What is the concept of Restaurant Monopol?
Restaurant Monopol offers Polish cuisine in an innovative interpretation and unique arrangements. The menu changes with the seasons and is inspired by traditional, time-tested recipes, while giving them a contemporary character. The elegance of the interiors and the variety of flavors offered in the hotel restaurant make every visit a memorable experience. Its hundred-year history is closely connected with pre-war Poland: the elegant 1920s and the vibrant atmosphere of the 1930s. This most luxurious venue of its time witnessed lavish banquets, countless receptions, and social gatherings.
   Does the restaurant offer a tasting menu?
No, the tasting menu is available at the second restaurant, Acuqario.
   Are breakfasts served at Restaurant Monopol and during what hours?
Yes, at Restaurant Monopol breakfasts are served both in buffet form and à la carte. On weekdays they are available from 06:00 to 10:30, while on weekends from 7:30 to 10:30.
   Are desserts and bread baked on-site?
Yes, at Restaurant Monopol all desserts and bread are baked fresh every morning in our on-site bakery.
Acquario Restaurant
   What are the opening hours of Acquario and on which floor is it located?
Acquario is located on the 6th floor of Hotel Monopol. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 16:00, from 18:00 to 22:30 (last orders are taken until 15:30 and 22:00). During the summer season, the restaurant is open from 12:00.
   What makes the concept of Restaurant Acqaurio unique?
Acqaurio is a restaurant located on the 6th floor of Hotel Monopol, created for guests seeking exceptional culinary experiences. Its heart is an open kitchen where dishes are prepared in front of guests, as well as a spacious terrace overlooking the panorama of Wrocław. Elegant interiors, a modern open kitchen, and a minimalist menu define the restaurant. This brief description of Restaurant Acquario, located on the sixth floor of Hotel Monopol, highlights its character.    Can I invite a friend who is not a hotel guest to breakfast?
Of course, outside guests are welcome to breakfast. The cost of an additional breakfast is PLN 130 / person.

   Do you have a parking?
The hotel offers a parking service at a price of PLN 120 per night. Just hand over the keys to the staff. Your car will be taken to the underground garage. The parking service does not require a prior reservation.
   Can I store my luggage?
Of course, we take care of our guests' luggage before check-in and after check-out.
   Loyalty program
   Does the hotel have a loyalty program?
Yes. The hotel has a loyalty program. We encourage you to create an account at hotel.com.pl and join the LLC Club. For each booking you will receive points equal to 5% of the booking value. Points are activated up to 24 hours after departure and are valid for one year. You can use them to pay for future reservations - even up to 95% of the value.
