   Hotel night
   When does the hotel night start and end?
Check-in time 2.00 p.m., check-out time 12.00 noon.
   Is it possible to check-out later than 12:00 noon?
The hotel day lasts until 12:00 noon. We can extend the stay for free until 2 pm. Late check-out depends on the availability of the room. If it is not possible to check out later, we will help you to store your luggage. Please contact the reception directly.
   Reservation, cancellation, payment
   How can I pay before arrival?
Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer or by providing the payment card number (in the appropriate form), which we could charge on the day of departure.
   How can I cancel my booking?
The booking can be canceled via the website on which the booking was made or by contacting the reception department directly by e-mail or telephone.
   Is a prepayment for the reservation required?
Prepayment is not required, but to guarantee the reservation, please provide your credit card number and the expiry date. I would like to kindly inform you that three days before the planned arrival, we will block the funds on your card. The amount of the pre-authorization will be equal to the total amount of the booked nights.
   Do we pre-authorize before the check-in date?
Yes. In order to guarantee the reservation, we make a pre-authorization. For this purpose, please provide your credit card number and expiry date. I would like to kindly inform you that three days before the planned arrival, we will block the funds on your card. The amount of the pre-authorization will be equal to the total amount of the booked nights.
   Parking
   Do you have a parking?
The hotel has 3 parking spaces. Unfortunately, we do not reserve these seats. If they are free, you can use them for free. In addition, there is a municipal parking zone near the hotel, payable all week from 09:00 to 20:00, and 40 meters from the hotel there is a 24-hour car park paid PLN 90 / day. The hotel staff will be happy to help you with escorting your car to the parking lot.
   Pets
   Is it possible to come to the hotel with a pet?
Our hotel guests can visit us with their pets. An additional one-time fee is PLN 100 per pet.
   Family
   Is it possible to add an extra bed to the room?
Of course, the cost of an extra bed is PLN 100 per night.
   Breakfast
   At what times is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served in the Monopol Restaurant in the following hours:
Mon - Fri - 06.30 - 10.00
Sat - Sun - 07.30 - 10.30
   Can I invite a friend who is not a hotel guest to breakfast?
Of course, outside guests are welcome to breakfast. The cost of an additional breakfast is PLN 90 / person.
   Hotel bar, Sky bar
   Where is the hotel bar located?
The hotel bar is located on the ground floor. We also have a Sky Bar, which is open during the summer and is located on the 6th floor of the hotel.
   Until what time is the hotel bar open?
The hotel bar is open:
No. - Wed - 07:00 - 24:00
Fri. - Sat - 07:00 - 02:00
   Is the Sky Bar open all year round?
The Sky Bar is only open during the summer.
   Is Sky Bar only available to hotel guests?
SKY Bar is open to all hotel guests and outside guests.
   In a room
   Can I smoke in the rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking.
   Can I make calls to external numbers from my room phone?
Yes. From the telephone in the room, you can make calls to external numbers.

   Does the hotel have a loyalty program?
Yes. The hotel has a loyalty program. We encourage you to create an account at hotel.com.pl and join the LLC Club. For each booking you will receive points equal to 5% of the booking value. Points are activated up to 24 hours after departure and are valid for one year. You can use them to pay for future reservations - even up to 95% of the value.
